With urban infrastructure security management as the core, we focus on urban risk scenarios according to the idea of “Comprehensive Supervision + Intelligent Monitoring”, combine professional industry management with informatization construction, and apply 5G, big data cloud computing, intelligent sensors and other diversified informatization means to promote the mutual support system of civil defense, physical defense and technical defense to improve the standardized and intelligent management level of urban infrastructure, so as to transform the urban lifeline safety management from “passive response” to “active supervision” and comprehensively improve the urban security resilience. We will deepen urban supply-side structural reform and strive to improve the modernization of urban security governance to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modern city.

Innovatively use of “Comprehensive Supervision + Intelligent Monitoring”, make integrated plans for informatization construction and standardized management, to create an intelligent supervision system for safe operation of cities at the provincial, municipal and county levels; We fully integrate the industry frontier algorithm model to realize risk identification, early warning research and judgment, hierarchical disposal and closed-loop management of urban infrastructure.
