China (Zhumadian) International Agricultural Products Processing Industrial Park Phase I PPP Project is located in the northeast of the central urban area of Zhumadian City, covering an area of about 14.75 square kilometers, involving 19 municipal roads and 5 housing projects. The total investment of the project is about 6.72 billion yuan, of which the engineering cost is about 3.89 billion yuan. The construction of the Project will improve the supporting infrastructure in the area and lay a foundation for the Industrial Park to become the “Silicon Valley” of China's agricultural product processing industry.
Main Work Undertaken
JSTI is responsible for the industrial planning, consultation, survey and design of the project.

1.Comprehensively consider the development sequence of the area, and the infrastructure supporting works are planned and designed as a whole.
2.Combine road sponge with plot sponge facilities to create a more systematic and reliable sponge city.
3.Optimize traffic flow and adopt more applicable intelligent transportation system to improve traffic efficiency and safety.
